5-6-3 Pre-Added Budget
PURPOSE
1. To simplify calculation of budget allocation at point of application.
PRINCIPLES
2. Food, clothing, household supplies and personal requirements (FCH&P) rates are intended to cover basic needs of eligible applicants without reference to any level of need.
POLICY
3. FCH&P rates are to be included in calculations from the point of application.
PROCEDURE
4. Refer to the Pre-Added Monthly Budget for FCH&P (Form HSS 205 - attached) to determine assistance levels for applicants as determined by the constitution of his/her household.
